Comprehensive Services
We provide a range of medically supervised weight loss programs tailored to individual needs including access to popular GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) which have demonstrated successful weight loss results in 99% of our patients. Oral appetite suppressants and HCG are also available as part of our comprehensive approach to weight management.
Our services extend beyond weight loss:
We also offer hormone replacement therapies, including testosterone pellets, p-shots, peptides, as well as popular aesthetic treatments such as PDO threads, PRP, Botox/Xeomin and facial fillers. We are continually expanding our offerings, with additional skin treatments coming soon.
In addition, we provide one-on-one counseling sessions, minor medical visits with prescription options (on those days you need medical treatment, and your PCP is booked, or you don't have insurance or a PCP) and even sports physicals. We provide diet plans and recommendations and continual encouragement to reach your goals and feel your best.
Affordability
Our prices are competitive, providing high-quality care at a fair value. Although we do not accept insurance, we offer a variety of essential services, including lab tests, EKGs, medical consultations, dietary guidance, lifestyle instructions, and comprehensive support at every stage of your health and wellness journey.

MONICA LEIGH, OWNER, NURSE PRACTITIONER
Monica brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having dedicated 26 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) and 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Monica is board-certified in both medicine and psychiatry. Her specialized skills include testosterone pellet insertion, medical weight loss management, and neuromodulator injections, ensuring she offers comprehensive care to those she serves.
Monica is deeply passionate about caring for her patients. After receiving encouragement from her long-time employer, and following their passing, she was inspired to open her own clinic, where she brings her expertise and commitment to supporting patients on their health journeys.

LOVELY, OFFICE MANAGER, CO-OWNER
Lovey has been an office manager and medical assistant in the weight loss industry over 15 years and is the best in the business. She studied at Mindanao Mission Academy and Matutum View Academy, as well as earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Mountain View College.
As a powerhouse in the rejuvenation spa sector, she brings joy to the clinic and is dedicated to promoting sustainable health. Lovey is committed to the success of LIGHT and will guide you every step of the way.

Ella has been in the medical weight loss and rejuvenation spa industry for over 8 years. She is a certified laser technician, medical assistant, and is currently studying to become a licensed aesthetician. She has a beautiful accent and even more beautiful personality.
